Iris Jasmenia, a six-year-old patient who lives in San Bonito has Type 1 Diabetes. The foundation has provided her with an insulin pump and funded a 3 day trip to Guatemala City to train on how to use the pump. She is a regular visitor to the clinics where she receives a three months supply of insulin and other medication.
